Become a HypnoSober® Practitioner and gain the skills to confidently and safely support clients who are part of the rapidly growing sober-curious movement or seeking a positive path towards sobriety. This structured training delivers powerful hypnotherapy techniques alongside proven approaches such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), CBT-mindfulness, and practical strategies—providing you with a clear understanding of the neuroscience of drinking and the challenges around cutting down. You’ll be equipped with a safe, practical framework to help clients make meaningful changes in their relationship with alcohol.

Only practitioners who have successfully completed the HypnoSober® training are permitted to use the HypnoSober® logo and refer to themselves as a HypnoSober® Practitioner. This exclusive designation helps you stand out and attract clients seeking a trusted, specialist approach to sobriety support.
