How to train as a past life regression therapist

Become a Past Lives, Present Healing Practitioner and gain the skills to confidently and safely guide clients through past life regression as part of a therapeutic, integrative approach. This comprehensive training is designed for practitioners who want to explore the potential of regression work while remaining grounded, ethical and respectful of each client’s individual beliefs.
The course provides a clear, structured approach to past life regression, taking you through every stage of the process—from preparing clients and establishing safety through to regression, exploring significant experiences, working with transitions and between-lives experiences, and integrating insights into the client’s present life.
Past Lives, Present Healing explores spiritual, psychological, symbolic and archetypal ways of understanding regression experiences. You’ll learn how to work with whatever emerges without imposing interpretations or making assumptions, keeping the focus firmly on therapeutic meaning, healing and positive change in the present.
You’ll explore how regression experiences can support emotional resolution, meaning-making, cognitive reframing, identity and the release of repeating patterns. Particular attention is given to the therapeutic use of language, working with different sensory and processing styles, managing expectations, responding when clients experience little or nothing, and safely navigating emotionally intense material.
