Past life regression training: Psychology, spirituality and practice

where-can-i-study-past-life-regression_edited.jpg

Become a Past Lives, Present Healing Practitioner and develop the knowledge and confidence to use past life regression safely, ethically and thoughtfully within your therapeutic practice. Created by Dr Claire Jack, this comprehensive past life regression training programme is designed for qualified practitioners who want to explore one of hypnotherapy's most fascinating areas through the balanced perspectives of psychology, spirituality and research. Rather than promoting a single explanation, the course encourages curiosity, critical thinking and openness, allowing practitioners to work confidently with clients regardless of their personal beliefs.

Drawing on psychological theory, historical perspectives, contemporary research and clinical experience, Past Lives, Present Healing explores the many ways past life regression can be understood. You'll examine concepts such as symbolic processing, unconscious metaphor, memory construction, transpersonal psychology and spiritual models of consciousness, alongside the strengths and limitations of the current research. Instead of simply teaching regression techniques, the course helps you understand the possible mechanisms behind clients' experiences, enabling you to work with greater confidence, flexibility and clinical insight.

Effective past life regression therapy requires far more than guiding someone through a hypnotic experience. Practitioners need to understand expectation, suggestion, memory, symbolism, ethical practice and the importance of working without imposing interpretations or beliefs. Throughout the programme, you'll develop the confidence and professional judgement to facilitate meaningful regression experiences while respecting each client's individual worldview, ensuring your work remains safe, client-centred and psychologically informed.

You'll receive comprehensive practitioner resources, structured session plans, adaptable regression protocols, guided exercises and practical tools covering past life regression, life between lives exploration and the therapeutic integration of clients' experiences. By the end of the programme, you'll have a balanced, evidence-informed framework for incorporating past life regression into your practice, helping clients explore personal meaning, emotional healing and self-understanding through an approach that thoughtfully brings together psychology, spirituality and research.
